The Problem
A recording is evidence after the fact. It isn’t help in the moment.
A resident falls in the stairwell. A senior citizen collapses, alone, at home. A security guard’s phone has no signal in the basement parking. Every existing setup has the same silence at exactly the wrong moment.
Cameras and intercoms only work if someone is watching the right screen or able to reach a handset right when it happens. Most of the time, no one is.
A mobile app depends on a charged phone, an unlocked screen, and network signal — three things that are hardest to guarantee in an actual emergency.
